Beresford Creek Landing, founded in late 2001, is a custom home community of approximately 144 homesites.
Located off of Clements Ferry Road, approximately one mile north of the interstate, this subdivision resides along the deepwater creek for which it is named after, Beresford Creek. The Creek allows boaters to access both the Wando and Cooper Rivers.
Home sites in this community are large in comparison to other subdivisions in the Charleston area. They range in size from 1/3 to 3/4 of an acre. Each property has either a water, marsh, wood, creek and/or pond view. In all there are 24 waterfront lots with approved private docks.
Amenities for the subdivision include a clubhouse with a swimming pool, tennis courts, gas street lights, underground utilities, and paved walkways for walking, biking and jogging. There is also a waterfront park with a dock which can be used by residents.
The minimum size of homes built on interior lots is 2,000 square feet and 2800 square feet for homes built on waterfront lots.
This traditional, family-friendly neighborhood consists of homes with crawl-spaces or raised foundations and fiber-cement/hardiplank or stucco exterior siding. The developer of the community was Southern Lifestyles, a North Carolina company.
